He went above and beyond in sending us listings that fit our criteria and showing us homes that were even remotely close to what we were looking for, just in case it would be a match. At the showings, Brian is hands-off, which I mean in the best possible way. He doesn’t try to fabricate or spin things to make you fall in love with the property. He will guide you through the property and answer questions but will give you space to explore on your own. I couldn’t recommend Brian enough for those in the greater Boston area.

We were very fortunate to have been put in touch with Brian when we inquired about a specific listing. He was the third realtor we had contact with in the very early stages of our search. We were still trying to figure out what a suitable next home would look like for us. All we knew was we wanted one level living, not in an apartment setting, on public transportation, and having a garden and a small yard. He listened to us and began to feed us new listings in order to help us arrive at all the features that we would consider “ideal”. It took about a month of seeing different places to clarify our wish list, and because we were very early in our own timeline we were not inclined to compromise, yet. We were stunned and grateful he led us to our next home, about 6 months ahead of our schedule. It was love at first sight for me and I knew I had to have this home. Brian coached us through the bidding process with great advice, and our offer was accepted. Now we needed to get our current home ready for listing. It was a daunting task to get our house ready six months ahead of schedule, but again, Brian coached us through and we were ready in 2 weeks. He ran all the marketing and the open house weekend, and in 2 days we had our offer. Brian managed the home inspection, the smoke and CO detector inspection, handling every hitch or hiccup as they happened. We had not gone through this process for over 30 years and it could have been so much more worrisome if Brian had not been right with us during the whole process. The only thing we have left to do is actually move, and that is on us. Brian has done all he could for us, and I couldn’t be more grateful. He certainly earned his fee.
